Anne Fombu is a Global Health Specialist, author, and founder of The REL Way and the Rational-Ethical Leadership (REL) model; a framework created to empower every person to lead their life with clarity, courage, and compassion, regardless of where they are in the world.
Raised by a phenomenal single parent in a resource-limited environment, Anne witnessed firsthand the emotional and structural challenges that shape families across generations. As a second-generation immigrant and a health professional with experience across multiple U.S. states and specialties, she has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, each carrying untapped potential. Her guidebooks are designed to meet readers where they are, offering practical, realistic tools to help them take leadership of their lives.
Through the REL model, Anne brings leadership knowledge typically reserved for the privileged into the hands of everyday people, especially the vulnerable population, including immigrants, women, youth, single parents, and families living in impoverished environments. Her work is a bridge: connecting lived experience to strategic thinking, and personal growth to thriving success.
